Niek - Broker-Owner RE/MAX Aruba & Team DMM

Managing director/owner of the leading real estate agency in Aruba, RE/MAX Advantage Realty. Starting in 2003 with a move to Curacao for the launch of a restaurant which was later expanded into multiple restaurants and cafes locally, as well as in the Netherlands. After the sale of the businesses in 2011 and a move to Aruba a new venture into real estate started. Joining a big agency as an agent in 2012 and having many successful years during this time, the major switch only came later in 2015 when the opportunity to join RE/MAX as a partner and managing director was presented.

Michelle - Sales Associate

Michelle is a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a Master of Science in Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy with a specialization in Pediatrics. With a strong drive to succeed, she is diligent in pursuing her goals and consistently demonstrates a conscientious and responsible approach to her work. Known for her exceptional organizational and planning skills, Michelle has a keen eye for detail and an innate ability to coordinate tasks effectively. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in all aspects of her professional endeavors.

After transitioning into the sales world 4 years ago, Michelle has been working as a dedicated real estate agent for RE/MAX Aruba, as part of Team De Munck Mortier. Based on her previous experiences as a physical therapist and her customer care skills, she brings a unique perspective to the real estate field. Her background in rehabilitation and pediatrics gives her a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of individuals and families looking for a suitable home.

Peter - Sales Associate

Peter was born in 1980 in Rhenen, a small town in the central Netherlands. From an early age he had a passion for sports, especially soccer and korfball, even played the latter at the highest level. After high school, he ended up working in customer service for a large company. Peter quickly proved that he was invaluable to the company, thanks to his natural talent for dealing with people and his strong work ethic. His dedication and hard work paid off and he was given increasingly senior positions within the department. Eventually, Peter was appointed coordinator of the customer service team, where he continued to excel in his problem-solving skills and ability to do more for customers and colleagues. 

Outside of work, his personal life is just as fulfilling. Throughout his life, he always remained committed to giving back to the community. He volunteered his time and resources to various charities and causes, always striving to positively impact the lives of those around him. In addition to his dedication to charity work, he also continued to develop his customer service skills. Peter attends training programs and stay abreast of industry trends, earning the respect of both his colleagues and clients for his honesty, integrity and unwavering dedication.

Jamey - Operations Manager

With over 4 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jamey has proven to be a valuable asset to his team, providing critical support in managing day-to-day operations. With a Master degree in International Management & Marketing, he is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

His strong organizational skills ensure that tasks are prioritized and executed efficiently, allowing the team to meet deadlines and provide excellent service to clients. As a team player he works closely with colleagues and clients to ensure their needs are met, and is always willing to go the extra mile to achieve the best results. He is always looking for ways to improve his own skills and knowledge and in his free time, Jamey enjoys traveling and spending time with his family & friends.
