Niek - Broker-Owner RE/MAX Aruba & Team DMM

Managing director/owner of the leading real estate agency in Aruba, RE/MAX Advantage Realty. Starting in 2003 with a move to Curacao for the launch of a restaurant which was later expanded into multiple restaurants and cafes locally, as well as in the Netherlands. After the sale of the businesses in 2011 and a move to Aruba a new venture into real estate started. Joining a big agency as an agent in 2012 and having many successful years during this time, the major switch only came later in 2015 when the opportunity to join RE/MAX as a partner and managing director was presented.

Michelle - Sales Associate

Michelle brings a unique blend of compassion, precision and drive to RE/MAX Aruba as a Sales Associate with Team De Munck Mortier. Holding a Master of Science in Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy (specializing in Pediatrics), her healthcare background gives her an innate understanding of family dynamics, exceptional communication skills and a deeply caring approach to client care.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, Michelle treats every real estate transaction with the utmost diligence. She is passionate about staying ahead of market trends to guide her clients seamlessly through the buying or selling process. Outside of real estate, Michelle stays energized through Muay Thai boxing, dancing, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends. Peter - Sales Associate

Peter was born in 1980 in Rhenen, a small town in the central Netherlands. From an early age he had a passion for sports, especially soccer and korfball, even played the latter at the highest level. After high school, he ended up working in customer service for a large company. Peter quickly proved that he was invaluable to the company, thanks to his natural talent for dealing with people and his strong work ethic. His dedication and hard work paid off and he was given increasingly senior positions within the department. Eventually, Peter was appointed coordinator of the customer service team, where he continued to excel in his problem-solving skills and ability to do more for customers and colleagues. 

Outside of work, his personal life is just as fulfilling. Throughout his life, he always remained committed to giving back to the community. He volunteered his time and resources to various charities and causes, always striving to positively impact the lives of those around him. In addition to his dedication to charity work, he also continued to develop his customer service skills. Peter attends training programs and stay abreast of industry trends, earning the respect of both his colleagues and clients for his honesty, integrity and unwavering dedication.

Nico - Sales Associate

My professional journey began in the Netherlands and Germany, where I successfully built and sold my own companies. This entrepreneurial background provided a strong foundation in business, negotiation, and understanding clients' needs. I later expanded into the Florida real estate market, gaining valuable experience in one of the most dynamic and competitive real estate environments in the United States.

Today, I am proud to be part of RE/MAX Aruba, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Aruban real estate market with confidence. Whether you're purchasing your first property, selling a home, or expanding your investment portfolio, I am committed to providing knowledgeable guidance and personal service throughout the entire process.

I believe real estate is about more than buying and selling property, it's about building lasting relationships based on trust, integrity, and open communication. By combining international business experience with local market knowledge, I strive to make every transaction as smooth and successful as possible.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time on the golf course and exploring Aruba on one of my motorcycles. These hobbies reflect my appreciation for the island's relaxed lifestyle and the unique qualities that make Aruba such an exceptional place to call home.

Jamey - Operations Manager

With over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jamey has proven to be a valuable asset to his team, providing critical support in managing day-to-day operations. With a Master degree in International Management & Marketing, he is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

His strong organizational skills ensure that tasks are prioritized and executed efficiently, allowing the team to meet deadlines and provide excellent service to clients. As a team player he works closely with colleagues and clients to ensure their needs are met, and is always willing to go the extra mile to achieve the best results. He is always looking for ways to improve his own skills and knowledge and in his free time, Jamey enjoys traveling and spending time with his family & friends.
